Why Learn Flyball The Lietash Way??? |
When
learning a new dog sport, you want to start out with the right training
methods that will enable you to achieve your full potential in the sport.
|
|
At Lietash we teach
you and your dog to gain a leading edge in the sport of flyball. T he
secret to success is a proper “Swimmers Turn “ off the flyball box,
coupled with a motivational recall to develop high drive and speed.
|
|
| |
| We
specialize in teaching you and your dog the perfect “ Swimmers Turn” and
an exceptional recall. |
 |
|
|
We teach the swimmers turn for two main reasons:
First and foremost, for the safety of our dogs. We want our dogs
coming off of the flyball box with a swimmers turn which is much safer
than hitting the box straight on or at odd angles.
Secondly, the swimmers turn develops speed off of the flyball box.
Dogs that compete without a good swimmers turn loose valuable time coming
off of the flyball box. With a polished swimmers turn your dog
saves seconds off of your racing time. |

Jane
Smith, Lietash "Push The Limits" Head coach, has attended many flyball seminars
and has learned from the top teams in the world. All of our Flyball
Instructors have their own dogs competing in the sport, and have some of
the fastest dogs in the region.
